Hachidori Robotics, a tech start-up bootstrapped by entrepreneurs Janaki, Ram and Venkat who share a passion to automate material movements in industrial manufacturing, warehousing and logistics.
Technology development, product design and prototypes were completed in 2020/2021. Production tooling, setup and assembly of the demo/trial units done in 2022. Our sales and marketing operations commenced in late 2022. Initial deployments started in Q4 2022.

Janaki’s passion for innovation and automation bootstrapped Hachidori’s mission for Automated Mobile Robots, from concept to product, within 18 months.
As a R&D veteran his expertise spans VLSI design, development, and production of ASICs.
Janaki’s successes include software applications for Phillips consumer electronics. His work in TriMedia processors delivered multimedia applications at Phillips Semiconductors. He led chip design, fabrication, and production operations at NXP Semiconductors, San Jose. He also led global customer support operations.
Janaki setup NXP’s global R&D and product management hub, in India. His team delivered chip design for IP cameras, Powerline Communications, Base stations and ZigBee controllers.
Ram brings in extensive R&D Engineering Management experience across diversified technologies driving solutions spanning from system design to embedded algorithms to full stack realization.
A successful stint at Motorola followed by one with a Bay Area start-up building Wireless technology products, led Ram to senior management positions at Samsung Semiconductors and Atonarp Inc.
Passion, commitment, Curiosity are words that best describe Ram. Steeped in research and development, with expertise in Multimedia, Embedded systems and Signal processing, Ram adds value to Hachidori mission to deliver world class robotic products.
Ram nurtures teams of problem solvers, and an agile culture for individuals to experiment, fail fast, learn, and succeed. His determination to deliver product patents is a testimony of our continuous product innovation.
Ram's quest for making a meaningful impact on society and industry inspires him to design and architect compelling solutions to our customers' problems.
Venkat is an Electronics, Telecom, and Data analytics professional, an expert in new product development. He delivered multimedia streaming, Video capture and Video conferencing solutions for the Razor product line, Motorola's most successful mobile phone globally.
His tenure at Hewlett Packard R&D resulted in Unix Operating Systems kernel reliability and virtualisation solutions for HP's enterprise scale servers. As a member of HP's global customer advisory board, he helps corporations develop their Enterprise IT strategy and roadmaps for new products' adoption.
Venkat's passion for quality and reliability adds value to our operations, delivering world class Automated Movement Robot solutions. His global professional network helps build a resilient supply chain as we scale manufacturing in India.
His priority is to deliver continuous improvement to customers and consumers in warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics markets across India.
