360* Movement AMR Robot

Omni Directional AMR Robots for Heavy-Duty Material Handling

A 2 to 4 Ton omnidirectional autonomous mobile robot that moves forward, sideways, diagonally, and rotates on the spot — built for heavy loads, racks, and unit loads in tight industrial spaces.

Hachidori – Omni Direction ULC AMR

The Omni Direction ULC AMR is a heavy-duty autonomous mobile robot built on an omnidirectional drive platform, engineered to transport unit loads of 2 to 4 Ton — including palletized goods, metal racks, steel coils and rolls and bulk containers — through narrow aisles and congested industrial floors. Unlike conventional AMRs that need a wide turning arc, its omnidirectional wheels let it shift sideways, move diagonally, and rotate in place, making it purpose-built for heavy material movement where floor space is tight and layouts are irregular.

Omni Direction ULC for Heavy Load Automation

In heavy industrial environments such as flexible assembly lines, engineering plants, and large-format warehouses, moving multi-ton loads efficiently is a persistent bottleneck. Hachidori’s Omni Direction ULC AMR is designed to take on this exact challenge — autonomously transporting heavy loads across production floors without the wide turning space, dedicated lanes, or where the overhead cranes can’t be used, manual forklift operators that traditional heavy material handling depends on.
Built on Hachidori’s patented Wireless Natural Navigation (WiNN) technology with sensor fusion, real-time obstacle detection, and native WMS/ERP integration, the Omni Direction ULC AMR brings the same flexibility and safety of Hachidori’s AMR fleet to heavy-duty, multi-ton material movement.

Key Features of Omni Direction AMR Robots

True Omnidirectional Movement

Moves forward, backward, sideways, and diagonally, and rotates on the spot; no wide turning radius needed in narrow aisles or tight docking bays.

WiNN Technology

Hachidori's patented Wireless Natural Navigation (WiNN) technology with sensor fusion; no magnetic strips or fixed infrastructure required.

Heavy Payload Handling

Handles 2 Ton to 4 Ton loads across three variants, purpose-built for pallets, racks, and bulk unit loads.

Advanced Safety Sensors

2D LiDAR, depth camera, crash bumper, tower lamp & emergency stop for safe coexistence with humans on the shop floor.

Flexible Route Optimization

Dynamic routing adapts in real time to changing warehouse layouts, congestion, and obstacles.

Real-Time Fleet Monitoring

Live dashboards for tracking robot status, task progress, and performance analytics across the fleet.
