Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
We are seeking dynamic, result-oriented Sales Engineers to drive sales of Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) solutions for Pan India.
The ideal candidate should have 2 to 7 years of experience in B2B Technology / Robotics / Automation solution sales. The candidate must have a proven track record of revenue generation, strong technical understanding, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Preferred candidate profile :
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for AMR/AGV solutions.
- Identify target industries and focus segments for growth.
2. Market Analysis
- Analyse market trends, customer requirements, and upcoming / greenfield projects.
- Identify new business opportunities in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, automotive, FMCG, pharma, etc.
- Monitor competitor activities, strengths, and weaknesses to refine sales strategies.
3. Customer Engagement
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose customized automation solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations and company introduction meetings.
- Demonstrate consistent travel for client meetings across the assigned region.
4. Pipeline Management
- Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline. Ensure consistent follow-ups and CRM updates.
- Coordinate effectively with the backend marketing and technical team.
- Drive self-generated leads through networking and industry engagement
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong B2B technical sales experience in automation/robotics/material handling.
- Understanding of industrial automation and warehouse automation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Educational Qualification
- BBA/MBA/ B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Robotics / Automation & Freshers with good communication & willing to travel.
